Course Description:
Our Reflexology course is a detailed, hands-on training program designed for beginners and holistic therapists seeking to master the ancient art of reflexology. This course teaches you how to apply specific pressure techniques to the feet (and optionally hands), which correspond to organs and systems in the body, promoting relaxation, balance, and natural healing.
Delivered in a calm and supportive training environment, this course blends theory with guided practical sessions to help you build confidence in delivering professional reflexology treatments.
You will receive your manual by email please study it and answer your exam question before you come to the Academy. All related Anatomy and Physiology is covered in this manual so there is no need for previous experience. This is the highest short course accreditation you can have. All course work is done before you arrive. Should you have any questions, please phone the student line at anytime.
